Priti Sweet Weddings

Working with our month-of coordinator, Bijal, was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a large wedding with so many moving pieces, different personalities, last-minute demands, and a very tight schedule, and she somehow helped us navigate all of it while always making us feel heard, supported, and prioritized. What stood out most was how much Bijal genuinely cared about what we wanted. She took the time to understand our vision, advocated for us when needed, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed by everything happening behind the scenes. By the week of the wedding, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the excitement because I knew she and her team had everything handled. That peace of mind was absolutely priceless. On the wedding day itself, Bijal kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly while somehow making the entire experience feel calm and effortless for us. There are so many little details and moving parts that couples never even see, and she managed all of them with professionalism, warmth, patience, and incredible attention to detail. Even our guests commented on how smoothly everything flowed, and I know so much of that was because of Bijal and her team. Beyond being amazing at what she does, we also just genuinely had so much fun with her. She brought such a positive energy to the entire experience and made us feel like she was truly invested in making our day special, not just completing a job. We are so grateful for the amount of care, energy, and heart Bijal and her team put into our wedding. The day felt exactly the way we hoped it would, and somehow it could not have gone any better—even with all the rain! :) Truly, Bijal is the best. We could not recommend her and the whole PSW team enough:)

We cannot say enough amazing things about Priti. She was truly so much more than just our wedding planner — she became our backbone, our person, our biggest support system, and someone we are so grateful to now call our friend. We planned a multi-day South Asian wedding with so many moving pieces, details, and traditions to coordinate, and from the very beginning, Priti was there for us every step of the way. She was organized, responsive, patient, and always willing to help with anything and everything we needed. What made Priti so special was the genuine care she brought into the entire process. She did not just plan our wedding; she cared about our vision, our families, and making sure we were able to truly enjoy every moment. She was the person we could turn to with questions, concerns, ideas, or last-minute changes, and she always made us feel supported and confident that everything was under control. From our Vidhi and Haldi to our London-themed Sangeet, wedding ceremony, and reception, every event was executed beautifully. Our guests were amazed by how seamless, organized, and incredible the entire weekend felt. They saw the beautiful celebrations, but we know how much work, planning, problem-solving, and care happened behind the scenes to make everything come together. Priti went above and beyond in every way. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, handled countless details behind the scenes, and gave us the peace of mind to be fully present with our family and friends. Her calm energy and dedication made such a huge difference during one of the most important times of our lives. Beyond being an incredible planner, Priti became someone we genuinely love and appreciate. She became family to us throughout this journey, and we feel so lucky that our wedding brought her into our lives. If you are looking for a planner who is talented, dependable, thoughtful, and will truly be in your corner, we cannot recommend Priti enough. She is an incredible planner and an even more incredible person. We will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our wedding dreams come true.

We had an incredible experience working with Avani as our day-of wedding coordinator! From our very first phone call, she immediately put us at ease with her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Avani thought of countless things that never would have crossed our minds and made sure every detail was accounted for. She communicated seamlessly with our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and was always available to answer our questions throughout the planning process. Beyond her expertise, Avani is genuinely kind, caring, and personable. It was clear from day one that she truly cares about her clients and is passionate about making their wedding day as stress-free and special as possible. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond!
