I had a fantastic experience with National Medical Equipment! The quality of their equipment is top-notch, and their customer service is truly exceptional. They provided fast, reliable assistance and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and full of good vibes. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent service and dependable medical equipment!
I got two delivers from this company for my mom's equipment. Both were on time, the products are good quality, great customer service from Mr. Ernesto and from the office staff.
In the past year that I have cancer, I have dealt with several durable medical equipment company's. I can honestly say the National has been the absolute best, we had a small issue with a hospital bed and the owner Jeff handled the issue himself with my total satisfaction on this matter, his customer service reps are pleasant and knowledgeable. I can not stress enough, if you need DME call National Medical Equipment.
